Try the post office, they have a website you can join free, it is good for post codes, don't know about actual addresses tho. Surely you could look in the phone book if you know this person. All I can think of really.|||log on to Royal Mail website, register and then you can look up the address.|||Register and log on to royalmail.com and input what address you have and it will verify the details for you. You can't access a name though.
You do get up to 12 searches a day .
