Is it true that you can get details from a cell phone number using a reverse cell phone lookup?. I am trying to get the name and address of a cell phone number and am not quite sure if I should trust these kinds of services. I know you can lookup land line numbers, but does it work with cell phones. I have also searched for a free lookup service and am getting quite agitated because they say they are free, when none of them are. I put the number in and they ask for payment to gain access to the information. A point to note... not all cell phones are registered. if i use a "pay as you go" ( prepaid ) card it's impossible to do a reverse lookup as there's no connection between me and the number.
