Yes, I've used them in the past %26amp; the better services do give you heaps of information on who the number belongs to. At the very least, they'll tell you the person's name %26amp; address, but the better ones will tell you the phone carrier details, %26amp; some interesting info on the person like whether or not they have a criminal record.
