There are no free cell phone directories.
There's many reverse phone look-ups that allow cellphone searches, but finding a 'free' one will be tough. Most 'free' reverse phone finders are scams, or inaccurate. You probably won't find a 'free' reverse phone number finder for cellphones.

Look for a reasonably priced reverse phone number finder, and make sure you can 'try before you buy'. This will tell you if you can search cellphone numbers and show you what type of information you can get, like a name, address, phone type and carrier, job information, and criminal records.

Hi ,

It is so annoying when people call and do not leave a message.

You need to find out who is behind that phone number. Maybe someone annoys you with prank calls. Maybe you found this number in your spouse's cell phone address book. Maybe you just found a lost number in your drawer.

There could be a million reasons why you want to satisfy your curiosity. Unfortunately, reverse looking up mobile phone numbers is much more difficult than landline numbers. Why? Because these numbers are not listed in phone books for reasons of privacy.

I looked a so many services and I came across this review site which helped me to choose the right one for me.

there is NO FREE reverse phone number lookup directories available online. And in one way it's good that such level of private information is not made available for free publicly.

You may try Whitepages or Yellowpages to find people who have not requested their numbers to be hidden/private.

But if you would like information for numbers which are private, you must have to pay a small one time fee and agree to their TOS that you will not misuse their service.

Since it's a cell phone, you would have to call the carrier or your carrier for that information, which usually requires a warrant. It's illegal to do to begin with... but some online companies have gotten FCC approval to release some of that information to the public for fees.
You might try just Googling the phone number "quotations",

that might help you get the information you need. Google knows

just about everything, so def give that a shot.
