Cell phone reverse lookup?

My friend was being stalked by a guy at school, she changed her number, and we are just wondering...if her number has been changed by at%26amp;t, can he do a reverse phone lookup on her old number and get her information? Meaning can he look it up and find her address, etc. THIS IS NOT HOW TO DO IT. I'M ASKING CAN IT BE DONE IF THE NUMBER IS NO LONGER VALID?Cell phone reverse lookup?
They charge you because they have to pay a fee for that information. Free sites can't get that info. That's why they charge.



As for it being worth it, it is. They give you a full detailed report. It's worth it if you really need information on the cell number.
