How can I find the name of a cell phone holder?

I recently was scammed while trying to purchase an iPod Touch from a craigslist user. His cell phone number is (517)281-1977. His email address is tyvue@comcast.net. I tried doing a PAID reverse phone lookup for his number on multiple places, yet a name could not be found. He is a Cellco DBA Verizon Wireless user. I had $130 scammed from me.
