I've been on the federal do not call list since 2003-same caller "American Lending" up to 6 times a day

I've requested Company address %26amp; phone#, but they refuse to provide, I've spoke with a supervisior, ect. They state they are in a "call center" in Florida, but have a very stong middle eastern accent., yet every one is named either John Brown or Mary Brown.

How can I obtain correct data without paying a fee, when a reverse lookup of caller ID doesn't pan out? I plan of filling a small claims suit for each call.I've been on the federal do not call list since 2003-same caller "American Lending" up to 6 times a day
have you gone do donotcall.gov and filed a complaint yet?

If you want to get more information on your own about this company, you can act as though you're interested in what they're selling and get a phone number to reach them at and have them mail you a brochure.

I also use a feature my phone company offers called Privacy Manager. This requires callers to display their caller ID or else they cannot reach me. You might see if this service is available to you.
next time they call breathe heavy,... and ask what they are wearing..LOLI've been on the federal do not call list since 2003-same caller "American Lending" up to 6 times a day
They may be a legitimate call. "American Lending" could be a credit bureau or debt collector.I've been on the federal do not call list since 2003-same caller "American Lending" up to 6 times a day
Act as if you are interested in what they have to say. Get all the information. Tell them you don't have a credit card and when you get the adress you can report them.
tell them you only respond to correspondence by mail. then when there is a call with no ID on the caller ID let it go to the answering machine.
Go to www.prepaidlegal.com/hub/rebeccahldavis sign up and get lawyers to help you for only 26.00 a month they will right letters for you and go to court if need be. I have been a member for 8 years and this is the best service you could ever hope for.
Tell them not to call you again or they will be fined. Have you reported them to the company who controls the Do-not-call list?
If they call you at a bad time, give them a specific time to call you back. Once you have about a half-hour or so on your hands the fun can begin.

Filibuster as much as you can and then keep changing the subject. Do this for about 10 to 15 minutes. When they ask for your information, tell them that your name is Harry Wacker or Craven Morehead. When they ask for your SS# just give them all of the same number. Say, "Uhh.. yeah.. its 222-22-2222" When they say that your number is not valid, then tell them, "Ok, try 333-33-3333" and so on until they get frustrated enough to give up.

After 2 to 3 times you will develop a reputation at the call center and they will consider you a waste of their time. Eventually they will stop calling.
