From this I gather the person is using dsl service from sbc/ameritech. What does the ppp mean? what does emhril mean? What is a good website to determine where 67.39.185.80 is located? This is a customer on AT%26amp;T DSL. Their IP address is 67.39.185.80. The emhril is the CLLI code for their Elmurst Illinois POP. This means that this person is located somewhere in northern Illinois.
There really is no way to localize it any further since this POP services quite a large area. Depending why you want to locate this individual you could contact the AT%26amp;T security, they won't release any information to you but could follow up on issues you might be having with them.
