NEED HELP, How can I find out Free, a persons name if I have there Cell phone number only??

I found a number on my phone bill that keeps coming up, but when I try to call it, it is always busy!! I have tried the reverse lookup, on yellowbook and other sites, but that only says that the number is in the data base, and wants me to pay to get the name and or address of the person the phone actually belongs to... anybody that would have an idea how to go about this without have to pay a look up service??? if you tried yellowbook, then call your cell company. Say it is not listed in yellowbook and you would like to know who it is or have it blocked (if you can) If it is always busy when you call, it is likely a computer from a telemarketer. And my advice, don't pay for the yellowbook service. It tells you nothing more than where the phone was bought...

I'm sorry but you're going to have to pay for the owner name I'm afraid. Since this info isn't publicly available and companies such as http://www.reversecellphonelistings.com have to collect all of the owner's names seperately, the whole market is dictated by people paying for the owner details.NEED HELP, How can I find out Free, a persons name if I have there Cell phone number only??
Use a friends phone to call the number. This way the caller doesn't know it's you and answers.
