Best kept services for finding phone numbers by name and/or address?? Free and Subscription.?

I was curious -- other than 'whitepages.com' and other similar sites that give the same results -- what other Free, and Subscription sites are there for finding phone numbers by persons name, (or sometimes address) -- Perhaps a reverse lookup and so on.



I ask this for my business.. I am often in need of calling old clients from years back and my paper work from that time usually has some information but not the telephone number (or they have moved). So it hurts both myself and the client in the services I offer.. simply because whitepages doesn't provide me with what I need most of the time. (Of course).



I just thought maybe some of you had some better ideas for me to try. I wouldn't even mind paying a small fee monthly if the service worked much better than the freebies -- Or perhaps there are some hidden gems of websites to provide local information such as this?

www.switchboard.com is free and pretty good ( i don't work for them)



www.dexonline.com if free and ok. ( the old Yellow Pages directory)



www.zabasearch.com if free for finding people but does not always have the phone number. It does have the birth year so you know if it is the right person. ( i don't work for them)
